How long does delivery take?All orders are normally send out in 1-2 working days by first class recorded, special delivery or courier service unless advised otherwise. A signature will be required.
Do you ship internationally?International orders cannot currently be placed through this website, however, if you live outside of the UK please contact us to arrange delivery costs.
Ordering and Payment
Do I need a Paypal account to pay online?No. All online orders are processed automatically by the Paypal secure payment gateway. When placing your order you will be given a choice of paying by Paypal account or by credit/debit card. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to purchase through this site.
Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?Yes - please call 01933 270322 to place your order and pay by credit or debit card.
Can I send a cheque instead?Yes. If you would prefer to send a cheque or postal order please make it payable to Pro Fishing Tackle Ltd and send it to the address on the contact us page.
Using The Site
Do you have printed catalogue you can send me?No, our catalogue is online. You can, however download our product lists in pfd format by going to the section you require, and clicking the  icon. This will give you a pdf of the products you are currently viewing including pictures and prices which you can save or print. Pdf downloads are available for each category and will only download the products you are viewing to avoid large file sizes (hint: choose to display 30 or 50 products from the drop down list before clicking the icon to capture whole categories).
Can I adjust the site to suit my monitor?Yes! If your screen resolution is over 800 x 600 you can click the  button at the top right of the screen to widen the site to your screen size. Also, you can adjust the size of the text with the  &  buttons and reset it with the  button.
Privacy
What is your privacy policy?Your privacy is taken very seriously and your details will never be sold or passed to a third party. We will only use the details you supply us to process your order or contact you regarding your account.
Do you store my credit card details?No. All online payments are processed by Paypal and as such your credit card details are never shown to us.
Returns
What if I change my mind after I have ordered something?Under our return policy, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery), within 7 days of you having received them. Please note we do not carry costs for returns. .
What if my goods are delivered damaged or faulty?Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will generally replace them. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
