The Moat
A beautiful mature water of approximately 1.5 acres with 3 islands. 20 Pegs
Heavily stocked with Tench , Golden Tench , Crucians, Bream, Barbel & Chub
Catches often exceed 100lb

The Oaks
Another beautiful mature water of approximately 2 acres with one island. 25 Pegs
Heavily stocked with Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Ghost Carp, Bream, Roach, Rudd & Tench
This is an extremely productive water where catches regulalry exceed 150lb's

The Wold lake is a Carp-only water of approx. 2 acres in size, holding specimens to over 30lbs.

Islands is an ornamental lake, approx. 1 acre in size with 6 islands.
10 pegs. Stocks boast many species of fish which include Ghost &
Koi Carp, Golden Orfe, Golden Tench, Goldfish, Bream & Roach

- ALL access strictly by appointment only
- Anglers must have a valid environment agency rod license
- Bait only to be used on fishery includes Maggot, Caster, Worm, Bread
- Sweetcorn as hookbait, Hemp in moderation
- Pellets can only be used if purchased from the fishery
- Groundbait can only be used if purchased from the fishery
- Barbless hooks only
- Fishery nets only
- No night fishing
- No fires
- Take all litter home
All rules are in place in order to maintain a high quality of fishing and protect the fishery and its stocks.
